THE GENERAL DATA

The gauge of absolute pressure in the inlet pipeline (ДАД)

 1. THE GAUGE OF ABSOLUTE PRESSURE IN THE INLET PIPELINE

ДАД it is intended for pressure transformation to the inlet pipeline which depends on loading of the engine and frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft, in electric pressure.

At closed throttle заслонке pressure of signal ДАД low, and at opened заслонке – high. In process of opening throttle заслонки signal ДАД changes in an opposite direction in comparison with vacuum gauge indications. ДАД использу ется also for measurement of atmospheric pressure at the idle engine that allows ECU to adapt algorithms of management for concrete height above sea level.

ECU feeds ДАД with basic pressure 5 V.Izmenenie pressure in the inlet pipeline causes respective alteration of electric resistance ДАД and pressure of a signal. On pressure of a signal of DAD ECU defines pressure in the inlet pipeline. At a high pressure (low разряжении) ДАД gives out a signal of a high voltage and ECU increases fuel giving in the Engine. At low pressure (high разряжении) pressure of signal ДАД decreases and ECU reduces fuel giving. At refusal ДАД or conductings ECU establishes a code of malfunction 33.

ДАД it is used for measurement of atmospheric pressure. At the included ignition and idle engine EBU uses signal ДАД for updating of management by structure топливовоздушной mixes (indemnification of changes of density of air which depends on height above sea level). High-rise indemnification allows to lower adverse influence of height above sea level on level of emissions of harmful substances with the fulfilled gases and on capacity of the engine. The value of atmospheric pressure stored in memory ECU periodically is updated at uniform movement of the car and during full opening throttle заслонки.
