2. To measure free length of a carving tip of a cable. To write down result of measurement.
3. A tip of a cable 3 from the lever of the platen of 1 deenergizing of coupling.

To establish or attach

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To attach a tip of a cable and a returnable spring 12 to a pedal 14.
2. To grease an axis 11 консистентной with greasing N 1052349 or equivalent.
3. To establish a pedal 14 between kerchiefs 10 steering columns.
4. To insert into apertures of kerchiefs 10 and pedals 14 axis 11.
4а. To put on a washer 9.
4б. To screw a nut 8.
4в. To insert pin 7.
4г. To insert a returnable spring 12 into a kerchief 10.
5. The switch of blocking of start of the engine.
6. A tip 3 cables to the lever of the platen of 1 switch of coupling.

To adjust (with тросовым a drive)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To release a counternut 38 and rotation of a bolt 37 to adjust a pedal course.
2. To adjust a pedal free wheeling, having released a counternut 58 and rotating a rod 57. The nominal size of a free wheeling of a pedal is equal 8–15 mm.
3. After adjustment to tighten a counternut 58.
4. To check up size of a free wheeling of a pedal as follows. To press a pedal a hand with small effort and to measure moving of a pedal from initial position before position when resistance to pedal moving starts to increase.

To adjust (with a hydraulic drive)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To include a lay brake.
2. To start the Engine and to deduce it on idling.
3. Having made small effort to the lever of a transmission for inclusion of transfer of a backing, slowly to press a coupling pedal. To measure distance from the position of a pedal corresponding to the termination of a gnash of teeths of included gear wheels, before extreme position of completely pressed pedal. This distance should exceed 25 mm.
4. If the result of measurement does not correspond to the specified requirement, it is necessary to check up the following:
– Height of an arrangement of a pedal of coupling;
– Size of a free wheeling of a pedal of coupling;
– Air presence in a coupling hydrodrive;
– A condition of a disk of coupling.
