Compressor V-5 with adjustable working volume is intended for automobile systems KB and provides demanded productivity in any service conditions and loadings without periodic deenergizing and inclusions. The compressor basis is made by the piston car with an inclined disk and five аксиально the located cylinders. The regulator of working volume consists of the valve with сильфонным the sensitive device which is located in a back cover of the compressor. The valve reacts to pressure in a cavity всасывания the compressor. The angle of slope of a mobile disk and working volume of the compressor depend on a difference of pressure in crankcase the compressor and a cavity всасывания. When the big productivity of the compressor, pressure on всасывании is required surpasses control value and the valve is in open position. Thus the cavity crankcase the compressor is connected to a cavity всасывания and pressure in them is identical. The inclined disk is established in position of the maximum productivity of the compressor. At reduction потребной productivity of the compressor and pressure achievement on всасывании control value the valve opens access to superseded gas in a cavity crankcase the compressor and disconnects it from a cavity всасывания. The equilibrium angle of slope of a mobile disk is established under the influence of the forces operating on pistons. The small increase in a difference of pressure in crankcase the compressor and in a cavity всасывания leads to occurrence of equally effective force of pistons which turns a disk towards reduction of productivity of the compressor.

The compressor has original system of greasing. The drainage of an internal cavity crankcase the compressor is carried out in soaking up cavity through rotating inclined disk for greasing of its bearings. The rotating inclined disk simultaneously operates as an oil separator, separating oil from gas and supporting in crankcase a normal operating level of oil. In crankcase can be to 120 ml of refrigerating oil. Therefore it is important after dismantle of the compressor from the car completely to merge oil through a drain aperture and to measure volume of oil which was in the unit. After that oil can be poured out.

In each compressor delivered as spare parts, 240 ml of refrigerating oil are filled in. This oil should be merged and its volume is measured. The new compressor should be filled by fresh oil in quantity which is equal to volume of the oil merged from the old compressor. (The volume of the merged oil should be written down).
