THE GENERAL DATA

System of compulsory ventilation crankcase (СПВК)

1. THE VALVE OF VENTILATION OF CARTER
2. THE VENTILATING HOSE

The term "crankcaseные gases" designates gases which pass through backlashes between walls of cylinders and pistons, and also through backlashes of piston rings. From cylinders in crankcase the engine break both combustion products, and the compressed working mix. Karternye gases contain a considerable quantity оксида carbon and hydrocarbons. СПВК it is intended for an exit exception crankcaseных gases in atmosphere. The system works as follows. At open throttle заслонке when разряжение in an inlet collector it is insignificant, the ventilation valve crankcase (КВК) is completely open. It is provided with action of a spring of the valve. Karternye gases freely pass through КВК in an inlet collector where mix up with fresh air, and then arrive in engine cylinders. At high разряжении in an inlet collector section КВК through passage decreases under действи I eat разряжения. Receipt crankcaseных gases through КВК in an inlet collector decreases.

The leading role in expense dispensing crankcaseных the gases arriving in an inlet collector, belongs КВК.

For maintenance of steady idling of the engine at closed throttle заслонке КВК reduces receipt crankcaseных gases in an inlet collector.

At infringement of normal working conditions of the engine and excessive increase in quantity crankcaseных gases part tap crankcaseных gases on a ventilating hose in an air cleaner for the further combustion in engine cylinders is provided.

The contamination and забивание a dirt of the valve or a ventilating hose can lead to following consequences:

– Rough and unstable work of the engine idling;
– Spontaneous stops of the engine or low frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft idling;
– Engine oil leaks;
– Pollution of engine oil by oxidation products, deposit occurrence in oil.

Infringement of tightness of the valve or ventilating hose can lead to following consequences:

– Rough and unstable work of the engine idling;
– Spontaneous stops of the engine idling;
– High frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft idling.
