PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To check up windings of the coil of ignition on presence of ruptures and short circuit on "weight".
Step 1. To switch an ohmmeter to the most rough range. The measured resistance should be very great ("infinitely"). Otherwise to replace the coil.
Step 2. To switch an ohmmeter to the most sensitive range. The measured resistance should be very little (close to zero). Otherwise to replace the coil.
Z.Perekljuchit's step an ohmmeter on the most rough range. The measured resistance should not be very big, as on a step 1. Otherwise to replace the coil.

2. To remove a rotor and to disconnect wires of the coil of the gauge from the electronic module.
3. Consistently to attach an ohmmeter in the ways 1 and 2, fig. Check of the coil of the magnetoelectric gauge see.
4. To check up the coil on rupture presence.
Step 1. The measured resistance should be very great ("infinitely"). Otherwise to replace the coil.
Step 2. The measured resistance should be in limits 500–1500 Ohm. If the size of resistance oversteps the bounds of this range, it is necessary to replace the coil.

5. To remove a spring. To put labels on the leader coupling and the platen for simplification of the subsequent assemblage. Опереть coupling on the U-shaped support. To beat out a pin and to remove coupling. To remove a file all agnails and to take out the platen.

6. To dismantle the coil, it is necessary to remove a thin spring ring preliminary.
7. To remove the coil, having lifted it upwards.

8. To disconnect an electric socket of the module, to turn out two screws and to remove the module. To check up the module by means of the test equipment.
9. To wipe absolutely the basis распреде лителя and the module and to grease an installation site of the module with siliceous greasing for improvement of a heat-conducting path from the module.
10. To establish and fix the module. To connect a socket.
11. To establish the coil of the gauge and a thin spring ring.
12. To collect the platen, coupling and to establish a pin.
13. To turn the platen to check up freedom of its rotation.
14. At задевании the platen to weaken fastening of the coil of the gauge, to eliminate задевание and to fix again.
15. To establish a rotor and a cover.
