The manzhetnye consolidations applied to rotating shaft, show increased requirements to a condition of a condensed surface. Similar consolidations are established on a shaft-gear wheel and a distributor shaft. At occurrence of ducks in a zone of a steering shaft it is necessary to replace consolidations, preliminary carefully having examined and having cleared a condensed surface. The shaft is subject gauging only in the presence of deep defects of a condensed neck. If the neck of a shaft contacting to an edge of consolidation, is slightly damaged by corrosion, it is necessary to clear and grind it by means of a thin skin. To replace a shaft follows only in the event that this operation has not led to liquidation of leaks of a working liquid. |
