1. To open a cowl and to weaken nuts of the top support of a spring rack of a suspension bracket.
2. A cap of a wheel and to weaken bolts of fastening of a wheel.
3. Шплинт, a nut of a semiaxis and a washer.
4. To lift the car and to remove a wheel.
5. A spring clamp and a nut of fastening of a finger of the spherical hinge of the lever.
6. The spherical hinge of the lever by means of stripper КМ-507В.
The prevention

At use of stripper КМ-507В for dismantle of spherical hinges it is not necessary to pay attention to an inscription "This party to a wheel", выштампованную on the adaptation.

The prevention

After dismantle of a semiaxis from a nave карданный the shaft should not hang freely, keeping only on the internal hinge. It is necessary to fix the free end propeller a shaft.

To place under карданный a shaft the pallet for отекания greasings. After shaft dismantle to close заглушкой an aperture in crankcase transmissions to prevent вытекание oils and dirt hit in a cavity crankcase.

The prevention

After considerable run of the car (about 80-100 thousand in km) it is necessary to replace left and right карданные shaft in gathering.

At assemblage it is necessary to replace a spring clamp of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever with the new.

To check up, that consolidation in an aperture crankcase transmissions and the wheel bearing were pure.



To establish or attach

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Cautiously to insert into an aperture crankcase transmissions an internal shaft propeller a shaft 10, not to damage consolidation. To pull for the case of the external hinge for check of correct position of a shaft propeller a shaft inserted in crankcase.
2. An external shaft propeller a shaft in an aperture of a nave of a wheel.
3. The spherical hinge of the bottom lever on подшипниковую a rack support.
4. The spherical hinge of steering draught on the rotary lever of a rack. To tighten a nut of fastening of the hinge of steering draught the moment of 60 Nanometers.
5. To screw a nut on a finger of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever. To tighten a nut of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever the moment of 70 Nanometers.
6. A washer and a nut on a semiaxis shaft, strongly without tightening. To use only a new nut.
7. A wheel, having fixed bolts. Bolts strongly not to tighten.
8. To lower the car on a floor.
9. To tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the moment of 90 Nanometers.
10. To tighten a nut of fastening of a semiaxis originally the moment of 100 Nanometers, then to release a nut and repeatedly to tighten the moment of 20 Nanometers. Then definitively to tighten a nut, having turned it on 1/4 turns.
11. To tighten nuts of fastening of the top support of a rack to the Body the moment of 30 Nanometers.
12. To fix pinом a semiaxis nut.
13. A spring clamp of a nut of the spherical hinge of the lever.
14. To fix pinом a nut of the spherical hinge of steering draught (if it is provided).
15. To finish oil level in crankcase transmissions to norm.
