PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. With the help бокорезов to remove collars 7, 9, fixing a protective cover 11.

2. To disconnect a cover 11 from the case 16 hinges and to shift a cover along a shaft 10, completely to open the hinge.

3. To wipe superfluous greasing from a fist 14.

4. To unclench a spring ring 6 by means of a stripper and to dismantle the hinge from a shaft 10.

5. A cover 11 from a shaft 10.
The prevention
The terminator 12 зафиксиро ван also is not subject to dismantle. At изготов лении the hinge internal details (the fist, balls, a separator) are picked up in the sizes and are not subject to dismantling and разукомплектации in operation. Wrong subsequent assemblage will lead to deterioration of working capacity of the hinge and safety.

6. Before installation of a new cover 11 to wash out details the SHRUS from greasing as follows.

6а. To displace a fist 14 and a separator 15 in the case 16 hinges to squeeze out greasing outside.

6б. By means of a brush or a brush moistened in solvent to clear details of greasing, to wash out the hinge and then to merge from it the remained solvent.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. A small collar 9 on a mouth of a cover 11.

2. To put on a cover 11 a shaft 10 and to shift it into place that the small mouth of a cover has settled down over a shaft flute.

3. To tighten a collar 9 by means of clip KM-J-22610.

4. To enclose in a cover 11 about half of total of greasing of the hinge. With remained greasing to fill the hinge.

5. A collar 7 on a mouth of a cover 11 большего diameter.

6. To put on the hinge a shaft 10 and to shift before fixing by a spring ring 6. The last should sit down in an assembly flute on a shaft.

7. To put on a cover 11 mouth большего diameter the case the SHRUS so that a mouth edge has got to a flute of the terminator 12.
The prevention
The cover 11 should not be overwound or have a fold.

8. To tighten a collar 7 with the help, clip KM-J-22610.
