Five-speed transmission F16 with constant gearing of gear wheels is executed in uniform crankcase with the main transfer. Inclusion of transfers is carried out by means of synchronizers with blocking rings and mobile plugs. Backing transfer is not synchronised. For backing inclusion the mobile intermediate gear wheel is used. The basic details and knots of transmission F16:
– crankcase transmissions;
– A primary shaft with the block of gear wheels;
– A secondary shaft with the gear wheels established on it and synchronizers;
– Cylindrical main transfer with differential.
In transmission it is used шестеренный the differential of a usual design leaning against conic roller bearings. The main transfer consists of pair cylindrical gear wheels. The conducted cogwheel of the main transfer through differential and шарнирные semiaxes results car driving wheels in rotation. |
