PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To dismantle the main cylinder in gathering.
2. To clamp the main cylinder in a vice and to dismantle a tank 2.
3. To take out consolidation 9 of a cylinder aperture.
4. To move pistons 6 and 7 in the cylinder approximately on 10 mm, using a wooden or plastic pusher of the suitable size. To fix pistons in the shifted position, to insert into a compensatory aperture of the cylinder of 3-mm an electrode wire (fig. Shift of pistons in the main cylinder see).
5. By means of a screw-driver to take out a lock ring 8 of a cylinder flute.
The prevention

To protect pistons and internal walls of the main cylinder from mechanical damages.

It is forbidden to use a lock ring repeatedly.


6. To move pistons 6 and 7 in the cylinder, using a wooden or plastic pusher of the suitable size, and to take out a wire.
7. To take out the forward piston 7 of a cylinder aperture. For this purpose it is necessary to knock with a cylinder end face on a wooden lining.
8. To take out the back piston 6 of a cylinder aperture.
9. A cable from the case throttle заслонки. For this purpose it is necessary to take advantage of compressed air.
10. To wash up all details a fresh brake liquid or spirit. To dry up details a stream of compressed air.
11. To examine an internal surface of the cylinder on presence of scratches and corrosion traces. In the presence of defects to replace the main brake cylinder.
The prevention

It is forbidden to use the abrasive tool, a skin and the means containing abrasive particles, for processing of an aperture of the main cylinder.

It is forbidden to use repeatedly rubber consolidations and a lock ring 8.



To collect

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To grease an internal surface of the main cylinder with a fresh brake liquid.
2. To clamp the case 5 main cylinders in a vice so that connecting apertures for a tank settled down from above.
3. Cautiously to insert into a cylinder aperture the back piston 6 in gathering and to advance it against the stop in the cylinder. For piston advancement to use a wooden or plastic pusher.
4. To insert the forward piston 7.
5. To wring out pistons 7 and 6 in the cylinder and to insert into a compensatory aperture of the cylinder a welding wire for fixing of pistons in the course of installation of a lock ring 8.
6. To insert a new lock ring 8 into a flute in a cylinder aperture.
The prevention

To operate cautiously, not to damage an internal surface of the main cylinder.


7. To wring out pistons 7 and 6 in the cylinder by means of a pusher and to take out from a compensatory aperture of the cylinder a welding wire.
8. To check up free and smooth moving of pistons to the main cylinder.
9. To grease with a fresh brake liquid consolidation 9 and to insert it against the stop into a lock ring in a cylinder aperture. Consolidation 9 should be turned an open cavity outside.
10. To establish into place the main brake cylinder in gathering.
11. To remove air from a hydrodrive.
