PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a brake support.
2. To take out brake pads from a support.
3. To remove by means of a chisel internal protective caps of directing plugs from seats on the support case.
4. To remove a protective cover 7 pistons from a support aperture.
5. A few to shift directing plugs 20 in a support and to remove caps from flutes of plugs.
6. To remove a protective cover 7 from the piston and from a support aperture.
7. To shift directing plugs 20 outside скобы and to dismantle consolidations 21 by means of the wooden or plastic tool.
8. Выпрессовать the piston 9 from the cylinder of a support by means of compressed air.
The prevention

It is forbidden to keep fingers the piston at выпрессовы вании it from the cylinder by means of compressed air. It can lead to serious traumas.

To insert брусок from strong wood in the thickness of 15-20 mm into a support window at piston dismantle.


9. To turn out coupling bolts and to separate parts 4 and 24 supports. To clamp a support in a vice.
10. To take out consolidation 8 pistons from a flute of the cylinder of a support by means of the suitable wooden or plastic tool. It is forbidden to use for this purpose metal tools which can damage a mirror of the cylinder or a flute.
11. To turn out the valve of release of air.

To clear

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To clear all details spirit or a fresh brake liquid.
2. To dry up details a stream of the compressed air cleared of oil.
3. To blow all apertures in the case скобы and the valve of release of air.

To examine

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The piston and a cylinder mirror on presence:
     – Scratches;
     – Jags;
     – Corrosion traces.
2. To replace defective details.
3. If any detail has corrosion traces, to replace a support in gathering.
The prevention

Any processing of a mirror of the cylinder and the piston, connected with metal removal is forbidden.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish preliminary greased consolidation 8 pistons in an assembly flute of the cylinder. To be convinced that consolidation is not overwound.
2. To establish preliminary greased piston 9 in the support cylinder. Cautiously to insert the piston 9 into the cylinder. During piston installation it is necessary to be convinced that the piston not заедает, and consolidation normally sits in a cylinder flute. Not утапливать completely the piston in the cylinder. To leave piston edge outside for installation of a protective cover in a piston flute.
3. To establish a protective cover 7 in a flute of the piston and on the case of a support 4.
4. A protective cover 7 pistons by means of assembly adaptation KM-405.
5. To connect parts 4 and 24 supports and to screw coupling bolts. To tighten coupling bolts the moment of 95 Nanometers.
6. To establish consolidations 21 on directing plugs 20. To cover plugs with 20 thin layer of greasing which is delivered in the complete set of spare parts.
7. To establish consolidations 21 in flutes of directing plugs 20. To be convinced that consolidations in flutes are not overwound.
8. To insert directing plugs into support apertures. Flutes for internal protective caps 22 should be turned to the piston 9. To check up smoothness of movings of plugs in a support. To put forward plugs outside for installation of internal protective caps.
9. To establish internal protective caps in flutes of plugs 20 and напрессовать caps on seats of the case of a support 4.
10. To fix protective caps 22 by means of adaptation KM-404A.
The prevention

To use only new protective caps.


11. To drown directing plugs 20 in a support 4.
12. To screw the valve of release of air.
13. To establish in a support brake pad with the gauge of deterioration of overlays (from outside the piston).
The prevention

To be convinced of correct installation of pins and разжимных springs.
